Zentfunharbr facilitates introductions and initial booking inquiries. The final binding contract for the event space, catering, and accommodations will be strictly between you (the client) and the respective hotel (e.g., The Westin Grand, Fairmont Vier Jahreszeiten). Zentfunharbr is not a party to the final venue contract and assumes no liability for the fulfillment of event services.
While we strive to keep our "starting from" prices accurate and updated, luxury hotel pricing fluctuates based on seasonality, guest count, and bespoke requirements. The final price will be confirmed by the hotel directly during the formal quoting process. We do not guarantee that the base prices displayed will apply to your specific event parameters.
Cancellation policies are dictated entirely by the individual hotel's contract terms. Zentfunharbr cannot waive or alter cancellation fees imposed by our hotel partners. We strongly advise all clients to review the cancellation and force majeure clauses in their final hotel contracts before signing.
All brand content, UI design, and platform structure on Zentfunharbr.homes are the intellectual property of Zentfunharbr. Hotel imagery and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for promotional booking purposes with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without our express written consent.
You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of Zentfunharbr.homes. Submitting false inquiries, spamming our forms, or attempting to breach our website security is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate ban and potential legal action.
Zentfunharbr, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or from any event services provided by our hotel partners. Our liability is strictly limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Helsinki, Finland.
