How far in advance should I book a luxury hotel venue?
For peak seasons (Summer weddings, December corporate galas), we recommend booking 9 to 12 months in advance. For smaller events, 3 to 6 months is typically sufficient.
Do the prices include food and beverage?
The starting prices listed on our site are base estimates for venue rental and standard catering for 50 guests. Final pricing is bespoke and depends on your specific menu, guest count, and AV requirements.
Can I bring my own outside caterer?
Because we partner with 5-star luxury hotels, all food and beverage must be provided by the hotel's award-winning culinary teams to ensure the highest quality standards. Exceptions are sometimes made for specialized cultural wedding cakes.
Is there a minimum spend requirement?
Yes, most of our partner hotels have a minimum spend requirement for food, beverage, and venue hire, especially on weekends. Our concierge will clarify this during your consultation.
Does Zentfunharbr charge a fee to the client?
No. Our booking and concierge service is entirely free for our clients. We act as an official partner to the hotels.
